The permanent immigration pilot program for beneficiary attendants is intended for temporary foreign workers who hold a job as a beneficiary attendant in Quebec to settle in Quebec permanently.
Candidates considering applying under the Beneficiary Attendant Permanent Immigration Pilot Program Stream must meet all program requirements:
• Have the intention of settling in Quebec to hold a job
• Be 18 or older
• Knowledge of oral French equivalent to level 7
• Have work experience as a beneficiary attendant in Quebec;
• Work as a beneficiary attendant in Quebec when you submit your application.
• Educational level
• Have legal status in Quebec,
• Capacity for financial autonomy
Candidates must hold a job in Quebec corresponding, in the National Occupational Classification, to the occupation NOC 3413 – Aides-nurses / aides-nurses, aides-soignants / aides-nurses and orderlies / orderlies.
Applicants must hold a job outside Quebec that corresponds, in the National Occupational Classification, to one or other of the following occupations,
• NOC 3011 – Nursing coordinators and supervisors;
• NOC 3012 – Registered Nurses and Registered Psychiatric Nurses;
• NOC 3124 – Allied Practitioners in Primary Health Care;
• NOC 3233 – Licensed practical nurses;
• NOC 4412 – Live-in caregivers, home support workers and related personnel, only when the applicant mainly performs one or more of the following functions in an institutional setting: providing personal care, providing bedside care and personal care and administer routine medical care.
